ABOUT US

Kelly Glazebrook is an Occupational Therapist and the passionate owner and founder of Kelly Glazebrook Occupational Therapy Inc (trading as OT4U).

Her first job was at the Far East Rand Hospital, where she established a hand and upper limb clinic.

Having gained noteworthy experience in both public and private hospital settings, Kelly went on to open two branches in Gauteng – Baker Street Medical Suites in Edenglen and Life Fourways Hospital.

She is passionate about people, hands and most importantly her patients. Her life’s work is to help patients along their road to recovery.

Her qualifications include:

BSC(Hons) Degree in Occupational Therapy (University of the Witwatersrand)
Post-graduate Hand Therapy Diploma (University of Pretoria)
Lymphoedema certification course (LAOSA)

Kelly Glazebrook Occupational Therapy Inc (trading as OT4U) is an established Occupational Therapy Practice providing personalised, holistic and high-quality rehabilitation and treatment to achieve the best possible outcome for our patients. We are a team of Occupational Therapists that offer a broad range of treatment and rehabilitation.

Rehabilitation is our passion. We work with people of all ages, helping our patients to carry out their activities of daily living to lead healthy and fulfilling lives. We create a comprehensive, tailor-made treatment plan for our patient’s rehabilitation journey.

We collaborate with a wide variety of Healthcare Professionals, including Plastic and Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physicians and General Practitioners. We have three branches in Gauteng.

We provide:
• In-patient & out-patient care at Life Fourways Hospital
• Out-patient care at Baker Street Medical Suites in Edenglen
• In-patient care at Life Bedford Gardens Hospital
