Everyone there is always friendly and helpful. I go and see Kelly every week for my Erb’s palsy and she never fails to bring lively conversation to distract me from any stress or pain I feel while we exercise my arm. Over the years, it's become apparent to me that I'd never want to go anywhere else.

Kelly has always been the consummate professional; prompt, technically adept and willing to go the extra mile. With occupational therapy however, more is required. When there's pain involved in a session, you need someone that will be patient, kind and understanding. Kelly has all of these qualities. She has this knack of keeping one engaged in conversation to such an extent that you both are able to work through the pain and discomfort that comes with an OT session. The empathy from this human is next level. OT sessions are difficult but I actually look forward to my sessions with Kelly.

I was referred to Kelly Glazebrook from OT4U and had my first session on the 20th of January. I was so apprehensive about my burn wound and the treatment that I needed but Kelly was fantastic. She took everything slowly, explained everything clearly and showed such kindness and attention to detail. She has been absolutely amazing in my recovery and without her assistance I am not sure where I would be. I have successfully avoided having further surgery and have healed with full range of motion. After one of the most traumatic experiences, which led to the loss of a finger and severe damage to the remaining fingers. Kelly’s focus was on how to achieve maximum utility for the remaining fingers and the rest of the hand. Understanding the traumatic nature of the injury, Kelly approached the treatment with care and compassion, but at the same time pushed where and when needed. What really stands out for me is Kelly’s intrinsic understanding that it’s more than just treatment that’s required. It’s a human injury and it was met with humane care, for this I am exceedingly grateful. Thank you

We started seeing Kelly for a scar my little girl has on her chest about a few months back. My daughter was very scared of doctors or anyone in a hospital, but with Kelly’s professional and yet warm and caring touch, my daughter loves going to her. She connects with her patients on a personal level, adding that extra touch that makes going to her so special. She not only cares for her patients but goes the extra mile.

I cannot recommend Kelly enough. She is professional, compassionate, and an incredible and highly knowledgeable occupational therapist. After injuring my hand, I can honestly say I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for her. Thank you for playing such a pivotal role in my recovery. Kelly has been one of the best therapists I have ever had look after me! Her bubbly personality and sense of humour are extremely infectious. Her knowledge is astounding and her willingness for experimentation in treatments is something that I wish all therapists had! She goes out of her way to build a relationship with every single one of her patients.
